Vista Charter School

An existing 2-story building (formerly occupied by the Firemen’s Credit Union). This tenant improvement included thirteen (13) classrooms and two (2) study areas in a 7,214 sq ft. The existing parking lot parking lot was converted to a play yard for middle school students.
