Michele-Stanghetti-DiScenza

Michele Stanghetti-DiScenza, Director of Design
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Michele has over twenty years of experience as an interior designer, space planner, project manager, and construction administrator. She continues to strengthen her field experience with each construction project as no site or condition is the same, each project requires its own personalized attention. Michele works hard to deliver a successful project focusing on functionality, practicality, efficiency, and aesthetics for both tenant improvement and ground-up projects. Michele provides an ethical service to the client and is committed to detail with a tenacity for problem-solving. She is dedicated to completing projects on time and within the designated budget.

Storm-Campo

Storm Campo, Project Manager
As a graduate from Woodbury University with his B.Arch, Storm continues to build upon the skills gained from working as a freelance designer for a former professor and interning at Cuningham Group where he explored fabrication methods and strategies as it pertains to architecture. Recently, he has grown many of his skills as a designer working for a residential.

Design-Build company, where he would be involved in all phases from pre-design to construction administration, often coordinating with engineers, clients, and sub-contractors. Storm is committed to creative problem solving and collaboration with others.

Saul-Santizo

Saul Santizo, Project Manager
As a recent graduate from Woodbury University with his B.Arch. Saul has entered the workforce with experience in design development, drafting, and rendering. Working as a designer for a design-build practice, he was able to further develop his ability to create innovative designs at various scales from small housing projects to large scale retail, as well as considering the practicality and viability of a project. This experience has laid the foundation for Saul to design as the medium between form and function, to consider the aesthetic and the practical simultaneously. Saul is devoted to creating the best design and finding the answers to question that arise in both simple and complex projects.

It is fascinating seeing a project that started only with a vision, a plan on paper, come alive through each phase…
