PUC Lakeview Charter Academy
This is a 2-story ground-up facility of Type V-A construction. The classroom building is fully sprinklered. It is one of two schools on the campus. The new classroom building is adjacent to an existing public park to which the students have access for exercise and the development for physical activities. The new construction consists of (14) classrooms, a nurse's station as well as all the required administration and operational facilities. A 12,022 square foot multi-purpose room contains a stage that can be partitioned-off from the rest of the space. The stage is used as a dance classroom. The rooftop of the multi-purpose room became usable space as it is a full-size basketball court. Chain link fence above cmu block wall secures the players and equipment from falling to the grade below. In addition to the classroom building, site work was performed. A wrought iron fence was installed, the parking lot was reworked for efficiency throughout the campus as well as new landscaping.
