We performed tenant improvements of a 136,065 SF concrete tilt-up warehouse building in Simi Valley. The building was of Type V-B construction, fully sprinklered. The warehouse was reconditioned to accommodate import and distribution of products. The space was not designed/used for manufacturing or fabrication, simply storage. The building had a mezzanine for administrative use. The mezzanine area, as well as the area directly below, was allocated for offices, clerical and a showroom to display current products.
