The Master Plan project included the addition of a new middle and high school classroom buildings within the existing school campus. The existing building structures would be converted to school-related facilities after the completion of Phase 2 construction. The new campus would provide advanced technology for inspiring continuing education. As part of Phase 1, Architectural Design and Construction Administration services were provided with the erection of a 2-story middle school classroom building of contemporary design and bright colors to offset the densely populated urban lifestyle. The new middle school would provide (18) classrooms, a computer lab and multi-purpose room. Phase 1 was constructed well within the construction contingency and delivered to the end-user on time.
